Upon release the wine has a pale straw colour and green hue.
Wine Bouquet
The wine has a lifted fresh lemon and lime varietal character. It also has floral aromas reminiscent of spring blossoms.
Wine Palate
The wine has a crisp fresh citrus flavoured palate with a hint of tropical fruit on the mid-palate. It has a refreshing acid backbone that continues long after the wine has left the mouth.
