Wine Bouquet
Intense, lifted aromas of rosewater and gooseberries are immediately evident on the bouquet. There is also an inviting perfume of talc with subtle spice characters.
Wine Palate
The palate delivers equally pleasing flavours of turkish delight, lemon, gooseberries and a touch of spice. The wine is rich in texture whilst retaining delicacy. Tight acidity delivers a crisp, clean finish.
Cellaring Notes
This wine is crafted for immediate enjoyment but lovers of aged Gewürztraminer will not be disappointed if the wine is cellared in ideal conditions up to and possibly beyond 2010.

Riesling and Gewurztraminer
Tasted as an unfinished wine in last year's guide. This cross region blend has exaggerated lychee and wet rose petal fragrance - right in the varietal zone. The palate has a sliver of citrus on entry and then fades into Turkish Delight and gentle lychee. Soft, even and easy.
