Lime green in color at release with a light straw hue.

Wine Bouquet
This wine exhibits an array of Chardonnay varietal fruit; melon, lime, fig, and passion fruit. The aroma is fresh and appealing with fleshy elements of honeysuckle with traces of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Wine Palate
This wine is rich and luscious but has a light and delicate in texture. The palate displays melon, citrus, lime and passion fruit flavours. The mid palate is generous and mouth filling whilst the wine finishes with great balance.

Cellaring Notes
Ideal for immediate consumption. Bottled under screw cap to preserve freshness and fruit characters.
