There are enticing floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine, the fruit profile is of lemon and lime.

The Clare Valley component delivers refreshing lime flavours with good length and acidity whilst the Eden Valley parcel adds richness in texture to the mid palate and brings floral characters to the aroma.
