The Clare Valley provides intense flavours of fresh lemons, limes and focussed natural acidity that marry perfectly with the restrained mineral acidity and fragrant floral aromas of the Eden Valley.

Wine Bouquet
A sublime aroma of lemon zest, fresh kaffir lime and a hint of roses and talc.
Wine Palate
The Clare fruit delivers restrained power with ample tight acidity and citrus flavours while the Eden Valley fruit adds a touch of mineral complexity. The resultant wine shows flavours of fresh lemon, subtle kaffir lime, a steely mid-palate with cleansing acidity. The wine has an underlying mineral character which adds to the elegance of the wine.
Cellaring Notes
This wine can be enjoyed immediately or will reward lovers of aged Riesling with careful cellaring up to and possibly beyond 2013.
